Controversial YouTuber Elvish Yadav was charged by Gurugram Police on Friday for assaulting fellow YouTuber Sagar Thakur (Maxtern) in the city. The incident, captured in a viral video, led to an FIR against Yadav under IPC sections 147, 149, 323, 506 at sector 53 Gurugram. Maxtern had earlier accused Yadav of assaulting him, and the video shows Yadav and his associates physically attacking Maxtern, throwing him to the floor, and verbally abusing him.
